I posted the report yesterday, about Jeanette and HSBC. Today, I received an e-mail message, which appears to be genuine, so I change this report to 'OK', as afar as I can tell.

Message to call back said she was Jeanette from HSBC, I called HSBC and they said there were no calls made about my account. Suspected Scam.
