They told me they were from Everflow, our water provider, asking about our waste disposal.

More spam rubbish robocaller - they claim to be life insurance, then another time energy sales - just block and ignore

I was told that they are part of my business energy provider (Opus Energy), and have a separate company dealing with clinical waste. We are a funeral director's so it is not unusual to receive such a call from a genuine company. Buyer be aware!
