03332417302 is a genuine number used by Co-op Bank fraud prevention department. If you want to call them, you call 159. (I wrote a detailed report of my experience but your site cut me off before I could finish, so I'm keeping this short).

"Hello, is that (said my name)?" I didn't say anything. Then the voice repeated "Hello, is that (said my name)?" I didn't say anything, and after 40 seconds, the call disconnected.
