I didn't answer, called back and it rang twice then a automated messaged saying hi we called you today from best quotes.. I put the phone down ..

Claimed to be from Southern Scottish Energy or similar. Was definitely a Scottish person who apparently wasn't selling me something and wasn't going to take up more than 30 seconds of my time. He was correct about the second point. He didn't take up a further 5 seconds...
