This number is associated to a scam operation taking out phone contracts using your details - originally they called on the o2 customer service number. Do not give them any details or activation codes!
Pretending to be O2, original call appeared to come from correct O2 customer service number. Offering 'free' gift of a watch but you have to pay for it?? Beware of fraudulent authorisation codes which appear to come from O2. Gave 0330 818 7993 number for phone back and also gave a staff ID number. This is a scam.
Fraudulent - posing as Virgin Media / O2. Do NOT pass over any information, as you will be subject to fraudulent activity on your VMO2 account.
