Called me, wanted to know about issues at my property. He tried to press for info about my property, where I live and my personal info. All the things you should not tell a stranger. I asked who is calling and they vaguely answered that they work for all councils and local authorities. I don't believe for a second that any one company could win the tenure for such a job all over the UK so I hung up. All the markers of a scam so I have labelled it as such.
