Fraud. Called me pretending they are are a repair team working with the council or housing association and they wanted more details about me and the house. They messed up as I am a private tenant. Once I called them up for this they hang up. The call was very bad ...I couldn't hear them properly and for some reason the guys accent was changing quite often.
