Phoned me three times over two days. Calls to both mobile and landline. Said it was about issues I had reported (I hadn't). Said that they handled repairs for housing associations and councils (I rent from neither). I phoned back and spoke to someone who said they were Louella - I asked if they were AI as they seemed to be making preprepared statements at regular intervals regardless of whether I was talking or not, and there were odd pauses after I finished speaking and before they started. When I asked for the name of the company calling the call was terminated.
