I've been waiting for this number to call me back for a while, as I was worrying it might be legit. It wasn't! They just called me 20251105 1532UTC, and though I answered the call I didn't speak. A very thick subcontinent accent said "Hallo? How you are doing today?" Definitely not legit - couldn't wait to start whatever scam they were pitching. I hung up and searched your fine website. I'm Blocking and Reporting now! Thank you for letting me know not only was I not alone, but also that it wasn't Health or Gov related (as I'm chronic disabled, multiple co-morbidities) and often get 0330 prefix calls.
