Called to say they were from somewhere and wanted to discuss my housing issues and to fix the damp and mould ... I said I live in a tent so I'd expect damp and mildew, then the person got rude and threatened me. I asked which company he said he was calling from again but he went silent and you could hear it's not a call center it's 2 people In a room making calls. English accent of some sort
