Persistent and annoying. Claiming to be Scottish Power - asked them to send official email or letter which they cannot do. They also could not confirm basic details of our business to confirm they were legit. Lady is super rude too and attitude is terrible!

Claiming to be British Gas. Very rude and threatening to turn off our meter... even though we don't have them as a provider. Called back 10x in a row after we told them to e-mail or send a letter in the post if this is official business. Blacklisting their phone number. If legit (it isn't), the award for the worst customer service goes to this muppet. (Shaun with Bangadeshi acccent)
