Just breathing didn’t say a word

Called claiming to be from our electricity supplier, said they needed to come out and check the meter as they were having technical issues their end. It is a business account with a password set up, when I asked him for the password he hung up. Have had many calls of this nature and the number keeps changing.

Asked for a name of someone that I have never heard of. I have lived here for over 8 years and this happens quite a lot, probably monthly and I always say that I am not that person and have never heard of them.

Was marked as fraud by phone, was sent a voice message shortly after declining the call which was just call centre audio and some guy breathing down the mic.

Seems to be scam. Said they were from Sky and could give me a discount on my contract, if I could provide some details on my existing contract. Bill amount etc Said I didn't have it to hand and they hung up immediately.

Told me they were going to give me compensation for over two thousand pounds. something to do with fees relating to my mortgage; this was paid up over 30 years ago. He asked what bank I use and my bank code. Told him to send me this info by post as I was unwilling to give any more details; he then hung up, definably a scam.
