As said above but unfortunately I had my Mr Awkward head on and kept them on phone asking stupid questions they couldn't answer until he got bored and hung up.
From EE , said I need a new sim card. Very heavy Indian accent. I hung up.
They said they were from EE and I need a new sim card, not reported to them any issues s when they rang me back I didn't reply just in case
