Said they were from EE and wanted to update my sim to 5G. I told them No thanks, I'm busy and hung up.
Pretending to be EE - managed to change the email on my account, tried to change address and have air pods delivered claiming they were a gift for me, tried to change my address so the airpods will be delivered to them.
