Claimed to be from a government agency checking on repairs for my rented home. The man was unable to to tell me what agency he was calling from or who my landlord is. When I pressed for his details he said he called the wrong number.
Said they were the housing repair team and to confirm a report I'd made about a house. Asked what property they were referring to and they hung up. Male voice, english accent, gave the name 'Harry'
foreigner called about housing needs... reporting this crank caller ...
He asked about the housing problems I reported. Have not reported any housing problems.
Scam callers . Called them out on call and was very verbally abusive absolutely not housing team
called back and it said housing repair team,i own my house defo a scam
Claimed I reported housing issues - obviously unsolicited call.
Somebody calling saying they are calling because of issues that I’ve reported to my housing officer such as damp and mould. I don’t have a housing officer. He says he wants to know about any housing issues. When I asked what company he worked for he wouldn’t tell me - just said that it was because I’d reported issues to my housing officer. I asked who he thought he was at talking to in case he had a wrong number. When Zi asked how he got my number he hung up. Definitely a scam/fraud/spam. Not a legitimate caller. Can’t remember the guys name.
Called about housing reoairs, mould and leak. Said he was Danny.
Called re housing problem. Likely scam
Called about the housing problem I reported. Completely fictious.
