Do not answer this call, I almost got scammed out of alot of money, they claim to be from Lloyds bank and know alot about you. They dont ask for any details and seem very convincing. The thing that made me aware was when they said I had to transfer my money into the new account, but had to go into the store and lie about why I was transferring the money, alarm bells rang at that point so I hung up, called lloyds back and they confirmed it was not real. Please please please do not do anything they say to do on the phone. Major and convincing scam!
