Called and said they were from the bank and returning a call from several months ago but had my name wrong, so not confident they are legitimate.
A man said he was from Royal bank of Scotland customer service and I said that I didn't know English very well so I asked the man to send an email to me,therefore I could talk to the branch's staff but I didn't receive the email at all.
Unable to answer call but they left a message. Customer Support Specialist from NatWest (was expecting a call from RBS who are part of the same group) who also sent a text with her mobile number. Phoned the mobile number and diverted to a recorded message apologising that they were unable to take the call but confirmed the same caller details that had been left
NatWest . Asked me if I needed any help during cost of living crisis. Wasn’t pushy . Just advised of I needed any help to speak with an advisor. Didn’t ask for any account info or bank details
0207 672 0035 is definitely NatWest not a Spam number. I confirmed with Natwest on a separate number that the name of the caller does work at Natwest. The number does not take incoming calls and there is a voicemail message which states that you have been contacted by Natwest.
Genuine call from NatWest to explain the closure of my local branch
Had a missed call from this number a few days ago, and then got a call again just now; answered and it was a lady saying she was from NatWest; just saying she was making sure I was okay and that I wasn’t struggling with the cost of living crisis and letting me know they are there to support me if I need it; she told me how to get the help from the app and then wished me a good day, I was abit stand-off ish and weird with her I guess after checking this number a few days ago and people saying it was a scam, but she asked for no info so not sure if it is or isn’t
Got a call from this number today, I didn't answer it. Tip. If your phone rings 5 or 6 times and then drops it is most likely a scam caller . They do this to avoid you picking up as they will have to pay for the call.
This is definitely NATWEST, I called natwest and I was told that a lovely lady that I speak to previously was calling me for an update so this is definitely NatWest it's not a spam call..
Rang this number from my landline which is ex directory and there was a short message saying 'you have been called by NatWest Group'.
Telephone call from well-spoken lady pertaining to be from NatWest Bank. Not sure if legitimate or not said she was following up an email that had been sent to advise elderly and vulnerable customers about a change in process at the post office when paying in money.
No voicemail left - likely a scam. I do bank with Natwest, but don't hold any money in there
Female caller identified as Natwest bank wanted confirmation details of bank transaction.Asked for proof of caller's identity but non given.Declined and ended call.
