Appeared to be a Cold Call (using my name and quite illegal) from "Homestore Improvements" - a fake business name - therefore not actually a cold call and definitely a scam of some sort.

They wanted to speak to a Mr Phillipson. 3 times today. When I asked if they didn’t have anything better to do the first two just hung up and the 3rd just shouted at me then hung up.
