Called at 1 ish and didn’t speak at all for 20 seconds and I hung up definitely scam
Strong foreign accent, couldn't really make out what he was saying, but something about my name being shortlisted for some kind of programme. Told him I wasn't interested and he hung up, but it didn't seem legitimate.
