Said will pay £350 after inspection offered £110 or collection 70miles away . I reported as stolen to police and nothing done . Conting DVLA to see what will happen. This have to be investigated because is running fraud here with many cars stolen
Took vehicle and offered payment of £250 in 24 hours Chased up payment after a week and was told as vehicle didn't have a Catalytic converter they would only pay £60. To arrange collection and get car back would have cost more than car was worth.
Promised to pay £450 but in the end £150 will only be paid..
They valued my car for £450 based on the assessment.Driver came and towed car without paying.Said will be paid within 24 hrs.Payment not received yet
Vehicle collected after agreeing a scrap price and promising payment within 24 hours. Several days later I was told they would not honour the agreed amount due to an alleged electrical fault discovered after collection. The vehicle was collected as a scrap/non-running vehicle and paperwork was completed at collection. I am currently still trying to obtain either payment or return of the vehicle and have requested written company details and confirmation of where the vehicle is being held.
Wanted to take the car first and payment within 24 hours
Car taken for scrap and not paid, wasn’t scrapped- new V5 issued and back on the road!
they take your car for scrap and never pay you for it
