Text messages warned of Fraud, and then sent a code - I did not respond to code message but suspect this will take you to a SPOOF page where you will be asked for your email address and password to sign into your O2 account. Bingo they have your details and can then change your address in your account and change the contact email and order what ever they want for delivery to another address, leaving your account with the debt. I have seen first hand this method used in the recent past

Claimed to be from O2 and Virgin informing me that my Simm had to be changed, due to customer complaints, and that would be sent by post the following day, then sought to obtain email address, confirm postal address and other personal information. Tried to convince me that call was legitimate and sent TXT message as proof (ridiculous as we both knew they had my phone number and could therefor send me a text) not proof of who the caller actually is. Be aware suspected Fraud attempt
