'Simon' calling from O2... or is it Virgin Media?! He'll suggest that you are over-paying on your O2 monthly SIM and are due a refund and discount going forward. He'll provide a security code via a text message whilst you're talking on the phone... no doubt to harvest your bank account details. SCAM. Hang up.
