Spoke to amazon security through the official amazon website who said yes it was legitimate and so i just opted out of hearing about amazon's business marketplace opportunities as they just want you to use amazon for all your business dealings so i wouldn't be concerned when they call you out by name on the call

Left a voicemail using my first name, said it was about an Amazon account and accessing benefits. Feels like a scam

Said they were an Amazon account manager for another member of the household (using that person's first name) on the announced call message, but suspect it was a spam call or a scam as they did not leave a message when I sent the call to voicemail.
