From the voicemail, it felt more like she had a very thick Asian accent, she spoke so fast and on top of that, the line was extremely bad - couldn't catch a word... it was impossible to listen/understand!

It's one of those where they'll make you believe you aren't good enough to get a job with your own credentials so pay them x amount of money for some course you could do for free with videos etc.
