Same here. Very persistent calls every week offers Amazon Business account for no reason I am not running business. Asked to send an email but never sent.

Very persistent has been going on weeks! Wants me to convert my amazon account from personal to business, claims I will get amazon prime & amazon video for free for ever. Seems very suspicious, I have refused and asked not to call back, bet she will though.

A woman rang saying she was from Amazon business and that my account had been upgraded for free. She also claimed to have sent me an email. When I told her no email had been received, she claimed to have re-sent it (several times!) I also told her I thought it was high unlikely that Amazon would ever phone me about anything. I then told her I thought she was a scammer and to prove she wasn't to message me via the Amazon internal message system - which she claimed she did not have access to as it was for customer service only. She was very persistent and didn't want to end the call and kept repeating that my account would be upgrade for free and that she didn't want any personal or financial information. I managed to waste 17 mins of her time before she finally gave up and rang off.
