Never answered the call. Called at 1.03pm on 03/12/25.

British accented woman claiming we had drain coverage with them - which we don't. All the hallmarks of scam/fraud before I hung up.

This is a repeat of last year where they continually harassed about a policy we did not have with them..last year they said they were insurance policy covering sky today they said it was services solution covering a policy we supposedly had with them for electrical breakdown cover..we don't have one..British woman

This company has rung at least a dozen times stating i had domestic appliance insurance. Despite asking to be removed from their list under GDPR they still persist in calling.

They said I had taken out electrical breakdown cover with them last year. They were offering me a discounted renewal as I hadn't made any claims. I asked for some proof of any payment, but due to "DATA PROTECTION" they couldn't access it. I said they were wasting their time - goodbye.

This number calls frequently. I have tried to block it to no avail. It eventually answers its own call by saying they are not available and to leave name ect. Hope we are not being charged for these calls

Two calls from this number this morning. I ignored the first one but picked up the second call - she asked to speak to my wife. This is especially hard as she has dementia. She said she was from Domestic & General and was offering special renewal for my cover. I told her that I do not have any cover with them. She then hung up.
