Cold call from LBS or LPS Solutions. Told them we were on the Telephone Preference Service and it's illegal to cold call us. He tried arguing that "ACTUALLY, this call is about your online presence", like that was somehow different to a cold call. Don't think he'd ever heard of TPS.
