Trying to scan me with a non existent diesel emissions claim, tried to obtain personal details and wouldn't take no for an answer so I hung up
Tried to tell me that I had called finance PCP claims . Between 2007 and 2011 . You could hear the noise in the background of this call centre of other people talking. A male of Indian descent was trying speak over me , then insulted me with his words then put the phone down
