Said they were from Anglia water and I had insurance with them for the last 3 years. When I said my landlord would be liable for that he abruptly hung up on me.
Said that my insurance for my drains was due. I live in a block of flats which is the responsibility of the freeholder. When I kept saying I do not have insurance for anything she was insisting that I had with Thames Water she abruptly hung up with the words "I must be mistaken"
called to tell me I had a drain issue and this was Thames water? I don't have an issue why would they call!!!
said the anme was marketing engineer? asked to press 1 totalk to an agent or press 9 i did neither.
