Called number back French voicemail - I didn’t understand
Rings a few times then hangs up I have had this all week actually I have blocked call now?
Called on 2 consecutive days. Some background noise but does not respond before hanging up. Now blocked them.
I tried returning the call but got no dialling tone and no ring, pone goes dead after 3 to 5 seconds.(must be telemarketer and/or spam/fraud

Foreign voice, hesitant English. Obviously in a room full of others. Very poor call quality. Claimed to be from Virginmedia stating that their systems indicate that my broadband had failed. Seemed very surprised when I agreed because we had the power off. Suspect a scam. 'Virginmedia' didn't call during the previous incidences of broadband shutdown due to power being switched off the previous week.
3 rings and then stopped. Repeated again a minute later
