Introduced herself as Jackie from Dampguard UK, based in London and working with several local authorities. Wouldn't give any further info until I confirmed that I was the homeowner, so I hung up and blocked all future calls from this numher.
I'd suggest this is an 'unwelcome' (spam or more sinister) attempt from India. There are a block of numbers (including this) that are masquerading as emanating from London. The relatively short ring is a typical giveaway together with the recent number of random recipients checking it out, no 2nd call and NOT listed anywhere. I'd just ignore it but treat it with caution!!
