No idea, London number and looks like a scam, so blocked

Also received a call similar to another commentor, claiming I'd been in a car accident. This type of scam is to phish for those who have been in a car accident, to eventually convince them to pay "solicitors fees", in relation to a non-existent settlement. Just hang up and block the number.
