They pretend to be from Lloyds Bank.The email said that a direct debit had been set up on my account giving various details such as monthly amount (£479.99), payee, date, and reference. It continues to tell you to phone 02038965066 immediately if this is not correct. Of course when you phone Lloyds bank on their normal number, they tell you that it is a scam.
