The caller did not introduce himself but said my PPI Claim is approved, when I answered politely that I have not applied for any claims, he immediately asked 'then tell me how I got your number and downloaded your form?' I felt its extremely rude, asked to tell me 'How?' the call got cut. Call received on 25th March, 2026 at 16:30pm
