Received a call from this number twice. Both times they hung up after 2 or 3 rings, not giving me enough time to pick up which led me to believe it's a spam/scam call.

Called my mobile. Unknown caller so did not answer. Rang off after a few seconds and no voicemail left. Typical spam call and number blocked.
