This is a scam |No pretending to be from lloyds bank, open banking app and requiring video call and requiring all the bank and account details. Then called back pretending to be from internal Fraud edit of FCA Nigerian sounding man calling him David Walsh.

This purports to be Lloyd's Bank. It wants you to call the number. It's a scam. If you receive a message from Llods bank asking you to.call this number for information about a third party app that has access to your account - DONT CALL IT.
