This number regularly calls. Sounds like an Asian accent but the guy who calls has called himself Roger, David etc etc. Has called so often I recognise his voice. Always asks if I am the homeowner or a member of the household. Have got to the point where I now say no to both questions. He then hangs up.

I got a call from this number indian accent asked.. can I speak with the person responsible for paying gas and electric bills? I simply said NO! then hung up. from the question asked it sounded like a marketing call but I suspect it to be more than that collecting information maybe, its amazing how much people give away on the phone I had to stop a friend of mine mid conversation only last week when I realised what he was telling a complete stranger from a cold call.
