Last three afternoons I received a call from this number each time around the time time. As I did not recognise the number I did not answer it, and they never left a message, so it could not be important.

A message popped up saying I missed a call from this number, even though my phone didn't actually ring. So I rang the number on a different phone and let it ring for 12 seconds, but no one answered.
