Unknown number rang so trying a new tack, ignore it, if it’s important they will leave a message. They didn’t. TPS only works with trustworthy people who observe the rules. DON’T INTERACT, TELL THEM NOTHING. I don’t answer unknown numbers as now they can record your voice for future scams. BT Call Protect showed “Nuisance Call”
No message left on answer phone
The usual digital fake Joan said she was my energy advisor ... so click, brr. She must have so many virtual telephone numbers, it's a shame she doesnt explode.
Rang me - I didn't pick up - rang off after 1.5x which is the normal time for Spammers and Fraudsters - they get paid if you answer I guess, hence the repeat calls. Sometimes you get an AI Robot.
Same, no message left.
No one spoke. Waited a few seconds then it cut off.
Said she was from an energy company and asked whether I had an inspection in my actic in the last eighteen months. Told her I lived in a flat and that she got wrong number. She disconnected the call.

Called my landline. Caller said 'hello I'm Jo, energy advisor for your area. Are you the homeowner?...' - apparently trying to sell me insulation for my house. She's called numerous times before (from different numbers, I think) and eventually after I complained she disappeared. Now she's back. I asked her to take my number of her database. Whether that happens is anyone's guess. I've blocked the number she called from, but there are probably numerous numbers on their files!
Unrecognised, no voicemail left.
As I did not recognise the number I allowed the call to go through to my answering machine, but whoever called did not leaver a message.
