Apparently from Sky - say they are offering back 40% off my bill. Ask to confirm total Bill amount and then sent an email as confirmation that 40% has been taken off. When I gave them a random email, they told me it is not the email associated with my Sky. Then gave them a random amount of what i pay a month and they confirmed 40% off that Amount. The email address looked legit. They then asked for my address and I told the Indian-sounding lady I would call Sky. Felt hurried and was still waking up after a morphine-induced nap. Otherwise I would have ended the call much sooner. I asked her to hang on - that postie is here. Ran email and number - no details online. Then I just ended the call. Blocked number. They rang back every 3 minutes for the rest of the day with a different number - which I kept blocking. I ended up turning my phone on flight mode with only Wi-Fi enabled. Still received calls for another hour - every 3 to 4 minutes from a variation of 0203 numbers. They eventually gave up. Until the following day.
