Received same call as above listings stated I had completed a survey with a trading partner, when pursued further as to who the partners were confirmed it was because I had bought an item and was able to gave details of item and date which was correct, I was advised that I was entered into a draw and have won a 3 night holiday, pay £2.99 for post and packing call for customer services on 02034551178 for any queries, the number that called me was from 02080560535, caller stated that the company was Royal Holidays, the Royal Travel Service it changed a couple of times, but did state it was a holiday club with yearly subscription of £99, caller name to quote was Lisa. Further research shows a website for this company and they are based in Mexico, it does not state it is a holiday club but I believe this to be genuine, precede with caution, I have worked for a time share company and know how they work on arrival you will be expected to attend sales meetings to learn about the holiday club terms and the offer with option to buy in on a set of packages......
Same story as above, £2.99 for 3 night holiday, gave same number as here. Played along until they asked if I was still living at an address I left 16 years ago! So could hardly have been a recent survey! It all went quiet and I hung up.
Danny rang. Claimed to be Royal Travel offering a 3 night holiday of my choice for £2.99 He rang from number 02080561295, But said to ring back on 02034551178 to their customer service team if any queries. He wanted me to confirm my name and address ‘ to send the brochure out to me . ‘ I googled whilst he was on the phone and confirmed that the call was a probable scam. I told him this and hung up. He has not tried to phone back. If an offer seems too good to be true, I guess it probably is.
I had a phone call today stating I’d won a prize of a holiday and could collect this with a £2.99 postage - They were very pushy and provided me with a “website”. They stated that in 2025 everything can be done on the phone and internet so make things quicker, I guess the same didn’t apply when I asked why a business who states I’ve won a price, wants me to send £2.99 for half a trees worth of paper rather than an email. If you’re gonna to try scam people, at least make it believable
I received a call from a guy callled Shane. He told me about their travel club through Royal Travel Services. I started to google the site and got many other sites by similar names not theirs. He said "are you googling us? if so you need https://www.royaltraveloffer.com/. that in itself was suspicious to me as surely if I search their name it should have come up? but still I went to the website... there is a typo on the website so that was alarm bells number 2. I tried to look for reviews on trustpilot and nothing came up for their website... so again... alarm bell 3. I said I would like to go away and confirm their company is a valid company. I said too many people randomly call me out of the blue expecting a small sum of payment and ultimately are not real companies. I said I'd like time to validate it and if they were genuine I'd come back and call through on the phone number he gave me to sign up. This is when Shane became really pushy. He said if I called back I'd end up speaking to a different person and "all his hard work would go to waste." I said but I'm not going to just give my card details to some random person that calls me claiming to have a too good to be true deal without verifying it. He got even more pushy. At that point I hung up. No company that wont wait for their customers to come to them if they want to take up their stuff is a good company (even if they are genuine their practices are appalling and so I don't want to deal with them.) I would say looking at the evidence this is a scam. Do be very careful and do not give out your card details to them.
Had a call from this number 02080560712, man called shane telling me I won a competition through a retailer (don't ever remember applying). Gave me a customer service number of 02034551178 and said the company name of Royal Travel Services however slipped up twice and called them Premier Travel Services. Said I had to pay £2.99 postal fee to receive this lovely 3 night stay anywhere in the UK and abroad. Very pushy with wanting my bank details. Saying its 2025 and we can just move the 2.99 only in the bank they won't scam us etc. Cannot find anything online about the company. Please be aware!!
Was skeptical about this number however it does ring and goes through to Royal Travel Services. I received my holiday for only £2.99 just for looking over their travel club and I cancelled within 21 days.
Call received on 24 Jan 2025 from a person called Shane, from Royal Travel Services. He had my details and tried to get me to give him my card details in order to pay £3 to benefit from a 3 night stay at a resort . ... He was very polite but very insistent and kept trying to tempt me to give him the info.
Apparently this line is for Royal Travel customers services It doesn't ring at all
