Got call from this number saying he was O2 offering 40% discount. They knew my number obv but also my email address then sent me a text and then proceeded to ask security question I.e. mothers maiden name. At this point I told them I don’t give out my security details to anyone and they should drop the offer to me in a letter, complete scam. After I dropped the mobile he tried to call back continuously for an hour until I blocked the number.
Person purporting to be from O2. Offered a 40% Discount on my monthly bill. SCAM
I got a call from this number, an Indian chap claiming to work for O2 said that they were going to give me 40% off the phone bill. I've been scammed before, so I'm a little bit wary now. When he asked if I was the account holder I answered "no". He said he would call back. He didn't sound very professional.
