Lady mentioned Green Eco Centre or similar. When I asked if her organisation had heard of the telephone preference service, she ended the call. I feel sorry for people trying to earn a living. The people they work for should find better ways of promoting their organisation.

A gentleman said my house was on a government web site as having old fashioned insulation. When I said now-one had ever done a survey of my house so this could not be true he said "have a nice day" and ended the call
