Apparently from the Green Eco Centre. Chris. (male) who rudely rang off when put (very gently!) under pressure. I can find no evidence of the Green Eco Centre.

David claims to be my local energy adviser. I started to remark "My goodness, there must be a lot of you..." and he rang straight off! Quite recently I had both Peter and Jo ring me on same day, all claiming to be my local energy adviser, and all claiming my loft insulation is dangerous and must be replaced. Blocked number using 1572.
