They are a whole operating system a whole level on a building claiming to be apart of 3 mobile said his name was Zack could hear other people talking about scam in background believe with all info I’ve gathered it’s a scamming situation where they try to fake to be someone they are not and have multiple people trying to do the same things around them someone should crack down on this before they scam a poor elderly out of all there money either that be by influences or government officials or people with high connections to busting this type of shady act down for good
