Claimed to be from my phone network provider and told me I was eligible for an upgrade told them if they were legitimately from my network provider to provide me with my account number they then proceeded to tell me my phone number and I again asked for my account number which they claimed they don’t have access to so I told them I was hanging up and ringing network provider myself to verify the call and report it to them if it wasn’t genuine they hung up

missed call, called back and they said I’m eligible for an upgrade, said I don’t want one, they got annoyed and asked why I wouldn’t want an upgrade, said I don’t need one, then they hung up lol
Scammers acting as mobile network provider. Trying to get me to update my phone contract. Only information they had was my phone number. Repeated that my contract was up soon, which it isn't. And apparently they were giving out very cheap contract to loyal customers. Very rude when told I was not interested. Did not want me to get off the phone. Asking me why I didn't want to update my contract.
