Kept asking for a manager or Deputy. I told the lady there is no Deputy. I told them I’m a Practice Lead, they didn’t understand. I used different words, I’m a Senior Support Worker, there is no Deputy. “I will call when the Deputy or Manager is available.” I come under the manager, I’m a Senior Support Worker. If they had bothered to listen, I would have answered any questions they had.
