020 3026 1542 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

This number has been doing my head in. This number rings me pretty much everyday and has been doing so for weeks. It nearly always comes up with "London, England" but once it came up with "Mexico" so I think it's some call centre company cleverly editing their location so you answer it. I've even tried to block the number but some how they still manage to get through! I kid you not on Saturday it rang me 10 times in a row, like they had me on redial! In the end I just answered and it was some women saying I had a bonuses waiting for me to claim in my China Millionair account! I mean what the hell is that?!!. I told her if she rang me again I'd take their number to the police for harassment. They've not run since.

Constantly ringing me, I have at least 10 calls off this number a day and soon as I block them another one rings me. Glad I haven't answered!!

Didn't listen... As soon as the waffle starts I hang up. This call came onto my mobile & I'm on the OPT OUT service. So they have potentially broken the law or regulation. Just need to discover who to report this breach to. ........ For anyone wishing to know text OPTOUT to 80057

I received a call today from this number. When I called back I heard a message saying that this number had been disabled due to criminal activity. This means we will not be getting any more calls from this number.. Good riddance...

Just received a call from this number. I'm sure it was a computer with a pre-recorded message trying to sound like a human. She asked have I had a car accident in the last four years. I didn't answer to see what would happen next. Then she asked again and disconnected after no response from me.

I just got a call on that number from "Faster Claims" regarding a claim following a supposed accident. I responded with the question "Who gave you this information?" at which point the female said "Ok" as if considering something and hung up. I found a website that appears to be the same company with fairly evasive content and emailed them the same question: '[email protected]' It looks to be part of an American Company. Can we ask them unwanted questions? Is that polite?

Called today but I did not answer the call. It Come up as 'location London' (I'm from Liverpool) My mobile number is suppose to be protected and as such, I no longer get daily annoying 'scam' type calls. This one however has somehow managed to slip through the crack. So I have now added it to my block list. Advise you do the same.

Just had a call from this number saying I'd been involved in an accident. Asked her what name she had down for me as I'm receiving a huge amount of texts & calls for a different person to me but always the same name. She just continued to read from her script & hung up.

Have blocked this number had to ask 3 times for my number to be removed from database. Very insistent that someone in my household had had a car crash despite me politely saying they were misinformed, clearly a script being read.

She started to give me a London address and asked me to confirmed if had an accident. When I said I hadn't she hung up. The line was delayed and she sounded English.

Received a call. When I answered the phone cut off then when I called back an English speaking make voice said the number had been disconnected due to fraudulent activity on this numbers. The message was exactly 1 minute long.

Got cold called by these criminals (yes, CRIMINAL is the correct term) about an 'accident that I had'. When are the UK government going to start actually caring about their responsibility and start acting on these complaints instead of burying their head in the sand? Organised crime like this needs action by our spineless politicians.

Received call from this number 02030261542 this morning 18/1/16 at 10.19 It rung out before i could answer it. I called it back and it told me to contact my phone provider or the police as it was a scam. Number now blocked. These people need to find something better to do with their life !

second time today from a London based number but different last didgets. I never answer I just cancel.

If you call it back, this number has now been disconnected with a message from the service provider explaining that the calls are being "spoofed" and did not originate from them. Expect these are scammers, as they're using the number illegally.

Got a call from this number today, didn't answer it because I didn't recognise the number, what's strange is that yesterday 2 of my housemates recieved the same call from the same number..... Not sure how this person has found our information but it's a bit creepy.

I was called today (16/01/16) by this number. I answered and didn't say anything (an old trick I was taught) and they hung up straight away. If you get nuisance calls tell them you're tps registered, they crap themselves and say good bye!

Got call from this number today, answered it as actually expecting a call from down south. English speaking woman telling me I'd been in an car accident and it wasn't my fault. I asked her when and she replied recently! I said strange as touch wood last accident I had was 27 years ago! She asked when was that, I repeated 27 years ago! She put the phone down on me! Blatantly obvious from moment she spoke it's a scam of some sort. Blocked number. I've told my daughter and all her mates to do the same. Spread the word to others to block number before some poor soul falls victim.

These alleged 'fast claims' insurance callers are fishing for info and can be aggressive and persistent; telling me that I've been reported as being involved in car accident, implying I am a hit and run driver, speaking fast and forcefully...when I began challenging them they hung up. I called number back to demand explanation and to remove my number from their list, I was hung up on twice. The third time a young man was pleasant (won't last long in that den of bullies). They ring regularly, they lie, and they are pushy. Make sure any vulnerable, anxious friends and relatives know to just hang up.

This is a scam phone number. Don't answer it. Block it and report it.

Just got this and didn't recognise the number so left it. I was quite curious about why it said "london", there isn't usually anything like that on normal calls is there? Or does your phone normally tell you the city based on the code? Anyway I decided to Google it to see if it was a scam and I've put the number on my reject list thanks to the comments below.

This number just called me, and normally when it says 'mobile' or 'FaceTime' etc under the name on an iPhone's recent calls it says London, England. When I answered it hung up automatically.

Got a missed call fronts number tried return call as I own a business and call doesn't connect. So I realised most prob a scam. So searched and here we are.

Received a call and it said 'London, England' under the number. I answered after a few rings as I thought it may have been an important call. It actually just hung up on me (it probably assumed I wasn't going to answer as I must have picked up just as the call was about to stop ringing). Obviously a scam call. Blocked the number. After reading all the other reviews I'd advise that you DO NOT ANSWER.

Received call from 020 3026 1542 saying fast claims im registered with tsp online so they cant send me calls like this. They said i was in car accident. Idiots....dont people like them realise if someone was in accident they dont need them to call they would be going straight throught their car insurance.

Didn't answer, however a number similar to this has previously called stating I've been in a car crash and could receive compensation. After reading several comments this falls into the same category. Ignore calls you don't recognise!

Bad people at 02030261542. Caller said they had indications I had been involved in an accident. I asked what it was that indicated that to them. Got waffle response, so suggested the indication might have come from the screen or piece of paper in front of them. If they call me again I WILL report them to the Information Commissioners Office.

Had a call from this number today at 1:36pm. They asked if I had a car accident (which I actually have), as soon as I said it's being dealt with, they hung up.

Received another call from this number. Because of previous comments, and the fact that I never answer a call from someone who is not in my address list, I'd already copied it into my 'Do not answer' contact address, so I ignore it. No message left by the caller.

Rang today. Recorded message using voice recognition for your answers. Had this so many times before this time I said yes. Put me through to a "supervisor" asked if he could help. I was a bit "blunt" with him so he put the phone down. Wasters. Number blocked with all the others!
