Claimed to be from Tesco mobile. Was able to give me all sorts of account info and most worryingly they said they needed to text me a one time passcode and when they did the text chain showed all sorts of other messages I’d had from Tesco so it seemed to be from them! Not sure how they did this as it’s clearly a scam (gave the number to Tesco who confirmed this).
Claiming to be from Vodafone offering me a discount. Kept them on the line for 8 minutes before being called a mother fucker by the nice Indian lady called Clarissa.
Scammer saying he’s reducing my bill by 50% because I’ve been selected for the deal. Couldn’t tell me my name so he ended up swearing at me. And the call became entertaining
Another annoying scam call. Indian bloke claiming to be from Tesco mobile. When I challenged him and outed him as a scammer, his response was “how did I get your number then?”. Oh that’s quite simple, scum bags sell our data and sell it to scum bags like you!
Just got an automated voice saying "Goodbye".
pretended to be from Vodafone. Sounded very blatanlty indian
Automated message stating from HMRC. Taxes and criminal charges threat. Blocked! Going to forward number to HMRC.
Two guys speaking to each other in a different language. They hung up after they realised I was listening.
It's a scam. Pretending to offer a discount. They say they have all your information, but because it is 'all starred out on their system', they can't see all the details because it is protected for data protection reasons. They therefore need you to provide all your information before they can provide the discount. I kept them on the line for 5 minutes just to wind them up.
Told me that I hadn’t paid my tax and criminal charges and an arrest warrant were out in my name - absolute scam!
This fucking Indians piss off with “hello sir , how you doing today” They barely can speak and claiming one day to be from three and the other day from O2 Tell them to go to their mother straight away
