Scam/Fraud

Claimed to be from a company called “Compare the Networks” and one Google search of them shows how they scammed some poor guy into thinking he could have his phone paid off and get one through them. But instead he just ended up with an extra phone. They said to me because I’m in the last year of my phone device plan I could do the same but told them to do one.
